Overview
SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), particularly ERRalpha, ERRbeta, and ERRgamma. These orphan nuclear receptors play key roles in energy metabolism and are activated by exercise. SLU-PP-332 is studied as a potential "exercise mimetic" that may activate exercise-like metabolic pathways.
