Research Use Only
This product is intended for laboratory research purposes only. It is not intended for human or veterinary use, food, cosmetic, household, or agricultural applications. Not for human consumption.
Overview
Thymalin is a synthetic dipeptide (Glu-Trp) that was originally isolated from bovine thymus extracts. Developed alongside Epithalon by Professor Khavinson, Thymalin has been studied for its effects on immune function, thymic regeneration, and potential longevity applications.
Mechanism of Action
Thymalin modulates immune function through:
- Thymic function support
- T-cell differentiation effects
- Immune cell regulation
- Neuroendocrine interactions
- Gene expression modulation
Research Applications
- Thymus biology studies
- Immune aging research
- T-cell development
- Longevity mechanism studies
- Combined peptide protocols (with Epithalon)
Handling & Storage
- Store lyophilized peptide at -20C
- Protect from light and moisture
- Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water
- Reconstituted solution stable at 2-8C for up to 4 weeks
